The Department of Education has a strong commitment to promoting higher education for our tribal members. We provide college advisement, application assistance, and scholarship awards to our college bound tribal members.

We currently offer two scholarships to the community. The first is the Po' Pay Scholarship, a need-based scholarship available to San Juan Tribal members attending an accredited two or four-year college or university.

The second scholarship is the Ohkay Owingeh merit scholarship. This scholarship is also open to San Juan tribal members attending an accredited two or four-year college or university.
